Good Faith Exam Policy

💡 Important Notice: All new clients—and returning clients who haven’t had a medical visit in the past 12 months—must complete a Good Faith Exam (GFE) with one of our licensed providers before treatment.

At Balanced Beauty, your safety and wellness are our top priorities. In accordance with Texas law, we require all clients to undergo a Good Faith Exam (GFE) before receiving any medical aesthetic or wellness treatments, including but not limited to:

• Botox & other neuromodulators

• Dermal fillers

• IV hydration and vitamin therapy

• Weight loss injections

• Laser treatments and other medical-grade procedures

This brief evaluation—done in-person or via telehealth—allows us to review your health history, understand your goals, and ensure you’re a safe candidate for treatment.

Once complete, your personalized treatment plan will be carried out by our skilled nurse injector under proper medical supervision.
